NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED DURING YOUR PROCEDURE (this includes service animals, children, friends and family)
Limit the number of items you bring during your appointment.
Wear warms clothes or bring your own blanket if you get cold easily for (lash appointments)
If you are getting any facial treatments please wear a tank top that can be easily removed. You will be asked to put on a towel wrap for the procedure.
No food is permitted inside studio.
NO SHOW NO CALL CLIENTS will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full for any future appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you are allowed to reschedule once and only based off the esthetician’s availability which may result in later than requested appointment dates/times.
While our system does send automated confirmation e-mail’s for appointments, it is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointments & when they’re made.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment and no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will result in immediate cancelation and forfeiting of your deposit regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Please understand that such changes affect not only us , but other clients as well.
*Note* you are given ample time to prepare for your procedure, please make any arrangements needed prior to your appointment and account for traffic in your area.
All deposits and procedures are non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee 100% successful results to our clients because everyone responds to treatments differently.
We are not held liable for any allergic reactions due to treatments.
Remainder of payment for the service is due on the day of your appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment within 24 hrs due to any unforeseen circumstances.
We do not offer refunds on gift certificates.
If you are looking to purchase a gift certificate & have a specific date you would like to redeem it, you must check availability using our booking link BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE. Please refer to policy number 17*
We are a “by appointment only” studio. With that said, we do not have a receptionist. If you arrive to your appointment early, please do not shout to announce yourself after walking in the door as we are likely still servicing another client. We do many facials, which are meant to be relaxing, so we ask that you take our staff and other clients into consideration while in our studio :)
We are accepting exact cash, debit card/credit card and paypal with a (+5% tax)
